Cancellation Policy

At Porefection Aesthetics, every appointment is reserved exclusively for you. To provide the best experience for all clients and respect the time set aside for each service, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice will incur a fee of 50% of the scheduled service selected. Clients who do not show for their appointment without notice will be charged 100% of the service.

A valid credit card is required to reserve all appointments. We understand that unexpected emergencies can happen, and while our policy is consistently applied, exceptional circumstances may be considered at our discretion.
